1. NAME AND ENTITY- DJ Howlin-out and his media sources i.e. website, social media outlets, music videos, songs, and event appearances
This website, contest, and its affiliated events operate under the entertainment name Gangsta Jungle Twerk Dance (GJTD), managed by the artist known as DJ Howlin Out. All content, contest entries, media, and music associated with GJTD fall under the intellectual property and operational discretion of the managing artist and/or affiliates.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter any online contest, event, or promotion hosted under GJTD. Submission to the contest constitutes voluntary participation and acceptance of all rules, policies, and waivers herein.

3. NATURE OF CONTEST AND SUBJECTIVE JUDGMENT
GJTD is an artistic, entertainment-based dance competition. All judging is subjective and performed at the sole discretion of DJ Howlin Out or a designated panel. There are no guarantees of prizes, rewards, or payment.

4. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By submitting content, you release DJ Howlin Out, affiliates, and associated entities from any and all liability, including but not limited to:

  • Defamation, misrepresentation, or likeness claims;

  • Harassment or unwanted online/offline behavior;

  • Copyright infringement by third parties;

  • Technical or platform failures beyond our control.

SECTION II: MUSIC & Music VIDEO POLICY

1. MUSIC & VIDEO RIGHTS AND USAGE
All music submitted must be:

  • Original,

  • Royalty-free, or

  • Fully licensed with appropriate permission.

Participants are solely responsible for any copyright violations. DJ Howlin Out may utilize submitted material for promotional content across digital and live formats, including the Official GJTD video. Submitors agree to allow Howlin-out full rights and usage of such video clips without recourse, contracts or royalty payments.

2. CONTENT RIGHTS
Participants grant DJ Howlin Out a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted music and video content across promotional platforms, including websites, Official Music videos, social media, and live event broadcasts.

SECTION III: EVENT TERMS

1. EVENT CONDUCT
GJTD promotes a fun, expressive, and respectful environment. Any participant displaying hate speech, harassment, or illegal behavior will be disqualified and banned from events, contests, and promotional events.

2. EVENT MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
GJTD reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event without prior notice. No compensation shall be due as a result of such changes.

SECTION IV: PRIVACY POLICY

1. DATA COLLECTION & Privacy
We collect limited personal information such as:

  • Name,

  • Email,

  • Age confirmation,

  • Video submissions.

This information is used solely for the administration of GJTD and is not shared with unaffiliated third parties.

2. SECURITY MEASURES
Standard security practices are used to safeguard data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of online submissions, social media interactions etc.
